1.0-hr subsequent Assessment = $193.99 (with a rebate set by Medicare)

1.0-hr Intervention: 1.0-hr session = $193.99 (with a rebate set by Medicare)

1.0-hr Progress Review and Future Planning = $193.99 (with a rebate set by Medicare)

 GP referral:

  • Bulk-billed (no out of pocket costs) OR with a rebate for eligible patients
  • $60 for patients who are not eligible or if your claim is denied

WorkCover – active claims:

  • You need to provide your claim number
  • Invoices sent to WorkCover QLD
